Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date supplier status reports following contract submissions.
- Perform data entry and management tasks, including generating reports and overseeing contracts.
- Identify and escalate any issues that may hinder contract activation.
- Oversee shared mailboxes to ensure all communications are current.
- Promptly report any system-related issues to management that may affect workload and customer service.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role where precision is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for data handling. You should be a proactive individual who can adapt and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learning abilities and the capacity to apply previous experience in a data-centric setting are vital.
