POWWR is in search of a Broker Support Specialist to contribute to our dynamic Brokerage & Compliance team. This role involves maintaining accurate data records to ensure our broker partners are informed about all contract activities. Additionally, you will assist with essential functions within the contracting processing unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date supplier status reports following contract submissions.
  • Perform data entry and management tasks, including generating reports and overseeing contracts.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that may hinder contract activation.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure timely responses to all communications.
  • Report any system-related issues to management promptly, especially if they affect workload and customer service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role where precision is paramount. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for data management tasks. You should be a proactive individual who can adapt and respond swiftly to changing circumstances.

A quick learner with the ability to apply previous experience in a data-centric environment is crucial. Strong motivation, problem-solving skills, and a desire to work in a growing organization are important attributes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for daily interactions with internal stakeholders.
