Position Overview

POWWR is in search of a Broker Administration Specialist to support our dynamic Brokerage & Compliance division. This role involves managing data updates to ensure our broker partners are informed about all contract activities while also providing assistance with essential tasks within the contracting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date supplier status reports following contract submissions.
  • Conduct data entry and management, including generating reports and overseeing contracts.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that hinder contract activation.
  • Oversee shared mailboxes to ensure timely email management.
  • Report any system-related issues to management promptly if they affect workload and customer service.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role where precision is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for data handling. We seek a proactive individual who can adapt swiftly and operate in a flexible manner.

Quick learning abilities and the capacity to apply previous experiences in a data-centric environment are vital. The candidate should be highly driven, skilled in problem-solving, and eager to contribute to a growing organization. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with internal stakeholders.
