23.5 Degrees is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. As the first UK franchised partner of Starbucks, we operate 101 coffee retail locations. Compensation: Starting salary of £28,500 per year

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager, Retail Manager, or Store Manager in the retail or hospitality sector.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
  • Proven ability to develop team members and provide effective coaching to Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and guide your team.
  • Demonstrated experience in back-office operations including labor management, scheduling, recruitment, inventory management, and achieving budgetary goals.
