About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Leasing Executive to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Sales and Leasing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing expert advice on vehicle leasing options.
  • Leasing Solutions: Develop and present tailored leasing solutions that meet client needs and budget requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering professional advice.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments, providing insights and feedback to management.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and review leasing contracts and agreements, ensuring all legal and company policies are followed.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the vehicle leasing or automotive industry.
  • Background: Background in Automotive or Finance sales desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
