Job Overview

As a UK Sales Executive at ESP, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Defence sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our OT Security Software Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycles from lead to meeting to close, with a 50/50 split between Account Management and New Business.
  • Target Defence and MOD customers, leveraging your experience and expertise to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling to Defence customers, with a strong track record of closing full sales cycle deals.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and business success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
