Job Summary:

Executive Resourcing Global Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Leader to join our team as Head of Commercial Vehicle Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead our commercial vehicle sales division and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of the commercial vehicle sales division, including setting targets, developing strategies, and leading a team of experienced sales professionals.
  • Ensure the commercial vehicle sales division achieves revenue, margin, and unit sales objectives in line with budget expectations.
  • Develop the capability and skills of the sales team through effective training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers and customers.
  • Represent the company and the brand to the highest level of professionalism both internally and externally.
  • Identify and develop innovative marketing and promotional activities to enhance market penetration.
  • Maintain effective control of costs and expenses in line with budget objectives.

About You:

We are looking for a highly ambitious and results-driven sales leader with a proven track record of managing teams in a commercial vehicle sales environment. You will have excellent sales and people management skills, with the ability to drive your team to exceed target objectives while ensuring the customer experience is of the highest level.
