Position Overview

The Events Operations Supervisor will oversee the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service to guests within the events sector. This role includes assisting with the setup of events, ensuring that they are executed flawlessly and meet the expectations of our guests.

Maintaining outstanding levels of communication with guests, as well as preparing and delivering all events and meetings, is essential. The ability to anticipate guest needs is a crucial aspect of this position.

Collaboration with the planning, culinary, bar, and events teams is vital to ensure that guest expectations are not only met but exceeded.
