Events Operations Team Leader (Full-Time)

voco Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Events Operations Team Leader to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

As an Events Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the C&B manager in maintaining operational excellence within the department.
  • Overseeing high-level service recoveries and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Training and mentoring new team members to uphold our service standards.
  • Managing shifts effectively in the absence of the C&B manager.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Availability to work five shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a busy Events Operations environment, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel, in roles such as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating personalized experiences.
  • Skills in developing and coaching team members to achieve their best performance.
  • A personable approach to service, showcasing individuality while providing a relaxed atmosphere for guests.
  • An interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.
  • A readiness to contribute positively to the voco team and embody our welcoming ethos.
