Working pattern: Hybrid model with comprehensive training provided + OTE.
OBJECTIVE:
To cultivate robust relationships with associates and clients, ensuring a high fulfillment rate for all placements. To oversee a talent portfolio; attract, develop, retain, and establish long-term connections, ensuring a continuous supply of job-ready qualified candidates for our clients.
Flexibility in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, or transport is available, primarily focusing on temporary roles.
IMPORTANT: - *Access to transportation is essential for client meetings.*
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster growth and ensure lasting partnerships.
- Leveraging social media for market research, client engagement, job advertising, candidate attraction, and relationship building.
- Utilizing talent databases to align the right candidates with client vacancies.
- Managing applications, conducting interviews, and short-listing candidates for clients.
- Assessing candidate qualifications and ensuring suitability before presenting them to clients.
- Conducting market analysis, visiting clients, and maximizing networking opportunities.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence for suitable candidates to forward to clients.
- Coordinating interviews and providing constructive feedback.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong sense of accountability for managing and developing the talent pool while maximizing sales.
- Exceptional listening and consulting skills to understand client requirements.
- Clear and confident communication abilities.
- Proven ability to generate business from both warm and cold leads.
- Motivated by financial success and eager to earn competitive commissions.
