Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to join our team at Reflex Labels Careers. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing machines, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines, including the Mark Andy P3 8-color and Edale FL3 9-color presses, to produce high-quality prints on various substrates.
  • Press Preparation: Prepare the press for printing, including setting up and calibrating the machine, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of prints, detecting and addressing any defects or malfunctions.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
  • Material Handling: Handle and store materials, including inks, stains, and solvents, according to work order specifications and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating flexographic printing machines, including the Mark Andy P3 8-color and Edale FL3 9-color presses.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with printing machines and production processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality prints and accurate production processes.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management.
