**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to join our team at our Grimsby site. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing machines, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines, including the Mark Andy P3 8-color and Edale FL3 9-color presses.
  • Prepare presses for printing, troubleshoot issues, and adjust settings as necessary to maintain specified operating levels.
  • Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes to detect malfunctions and adjust settings accordingly.
  • Blend and test inks, stains, and solvents according to material types and work order specifications.
  • Ensure all printing tasks are carried out to high standards and maintain quality control.
  • Work towards production improvements in methods, eliminate potential quality problems, and reduce downtime.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in operating flexographic printing machines and maintaining production speeds.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and adjust settings to maintain specified operating levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
