About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Specialist to join our team at Reflex Labels. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing machines, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate and maintain our flexographic printing machines, including the Mark Andy P3 8-color and Edale FL3 9-color presses.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the printing process to ensure high-quality prints, detecting and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to achieve best possible machine utilization, minimize waste, and ensure excellent quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality control and quality assurance procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Excellent technical skills, including the ability to operate various printing machines and related software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience: Experience in UV flexographic printing, meeting SEDEX and ETI requirements, and working within a team with good communication skills.
