Print Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inspection Finisher to join our team at Reflex Labels in Grimsby. As an Inspection Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our printed products.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate mechanical guillotines to cut printed pages to specified lengths.
- Configure and load various machines, adjusting controls as needed.
- Monitor the production process, stopping the machine if a problem arises and taking corrective action.
- Unload and stack finished products for distribution.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate various printing machines and related software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a team environment with good communication skills.
- Previous experience as an Inspection Finisher is highly desirable.
- Competitive rates of pay for the industry.
- 22 days paid holiday per year, increasing to 25 days after 4 years continuous service.
