Flexographic Print Operator

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to join our team at Reflex Labels, a leading privately owned print and packaging company in the UK.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing flexographic printing machines, including Mark Andy P3 8 colour and Edale FL3 9 colour, to print on various surfaces such as paper, synthetic, and card substances.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the press for printing and troubleshoot any issues during printing.
- Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes to maintain specified operating levels and detect malfunctions.
- Blend and test inks, stains, and solvents according to material types and work order specifications.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate various printing machines and related software.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in UV Flexographic Printing.
- Experience meeting SEDEX and ETI Requirements.
- Experience working within a team with good communication standards.
- Experienced Flexographic Printer.
