Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to join our team at Reflex Labels in Grimsby. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing machines, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines, including the Mark Andy P3 8-color and Edale FL3 9-color presses.
- Quality Control: Monitor and control the printing process to ensure high-quality prints, detecting and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to achieve best possible machine utilization, excellent quality, and timely delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality control and quality assurance procedures, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate various printing machines and related software, with experience in UV Flexographic Printing and meeting SEDEX and ETI Requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
