Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to join our team at Reflex Labels Careers. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing machines, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines, including the Mark Andy P3 8-color and Edale FL3 9-color presses, to produce high-quality prints on various substrates.
- Press Preparation: Prepare the press for printing, including setting up and calibrating the machine, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of prints, detecting and addressing any defects or malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Process Optimization: Continuously work to improve production processes, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency, while maintaining high-quality prints.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating flexographic printing machines, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality prints.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other production team members.
