Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inspection Finisher to join our team at the Reflex Labels site in Grimsby. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our label products. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and operating mechanical guillotines to cut printed pages to specified lengths
  • Configuring and loading various machines, adjusting controls, and monitoring production processes
  • Identifying and resolving issues with equipment or production processes, and implementing corrective actions
  • Unloading and stacking finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate various printing machines and related software
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
  • Experience working in a production environment, with a focus on quality control and process improvement
