Synerjy Ltd manufacturer of uPVC windows, doors, and glazing products, actively seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across the manufacturing processes of PVC windows, doors, and glazing products. This position involves overseeing compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement.
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in quality assurance and your ability to analyze data will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards - Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using various tools and equipment - Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on product quality and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions - Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems - Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control procedures Experience: - Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools - Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines is highly desirable - Proficient in analyzing data and generating comprehensive reports - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of quality issues - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams At our company, we value our employees' contributions and offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
