We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Reed. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers and Team Leads to manage large customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports in Salesforce
  • Provide timely and accurate business forecasts based on monthly and quarterly achievements
