Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Private Patient Sales Adviser to join our team at Spire Murrayfield Hospital in Edinburgh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent levels of customer service to patients making enquiries into the hospital by telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional handling of self-pay enquiries, capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information, and providing advice and practical help.
  • Converting enquiries to outpatient appointments.
  • Meeting team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue, and appointments.
  • Attending patient information events to represent Spire Healthcare and our services.
  • Providing customers with excellent after-sales service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • First-rate organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A good grasp of standard IT packages, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
  • High level of customer service.
  • Healthcare experience and experience in sales or a contact centre based role.
