Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads through cold calling.
- Book appointments by conducting effective conversations with prospects and scheduling meetings for BDMs.
- Update the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Work closely with business development managers and account managers to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop sales and customer service skills through ongoing training and coaching.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business, industry, and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management through email and phone communication.
- Perform administrative tasks, including invoicing, supplier management, and data entry.
- Customer service or sales background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
- Ambitious and driven with a willingness to learn and develop further.
- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
