Your Role: As a Product Development Manager, you will possess a fervor for beauty and a solid grasp of the processes necessary to introduce exciting and innovative products to a highly engaged audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Leverage your market and consumer insights to craft new product proposals for Townhouse. Continuously explore opportunities to incorporate novel and innovative products, packaging, and creative concepts into our offerings.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, particularly how beauty is evolving on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
  • Consumer Insights: Integrate consumer feedback and insights into all development initiatives to ensure new products exceed customer expectations.
  • Formulation and Production: Collaborate with formulation and manufacturing partners, managing new product development projects through these collaborations.
  • Packaging Development: Work closely with designated creative agencies to establish all necessary packaging and graphic requirements.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data to track performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) of new products, incorporating learnings into future development efforts.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Act as a vital partner to colleagues across the organization, closely collaborating with finance, supply chain, customer service, and marketing teams to enhance efficiency and performance.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product development within the beauty and personal care sector.
  • A genuine passion for beauty.
  • A strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to contribute creatively to key initiatives.
  • Capability to generate outstanding concepts and introduce fresh ideas for new product launches.
  • A commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and product releases in the beauty industry.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who fosters an inclusive environment.
