About the Role

As part of Panacea Stars, you will have the unparalleled chance to influence the trajectory of promising startups, expand your network significantly, and collaborate closely with industry luminaries across various fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme and Event Management: Spearhead the comprehensive planning and execution of Panacea Stars' Alumni Network
  • Alumni Network Engagement: Strategically manage and enhance engagement with the Panacea Stars Alumni network
  • Mentor Recruitment and Management: Recruit and manage a diverse pool of mentors to offer comprehensive support to portfolio companies
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics for programmes, ensuring compliance with any public funding stipulations
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including public speaking

A strong background in early-stage venture technology transfer, management consulting, and/or investment is preferred.
