Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at JCT600. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and maximizing Fleet sales and profitability for the Audi Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively set and achieve personal and departmental sales objectives by identifying, canvassing, and securing potential local business, including Commercial Vehicles where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers from our existing database and prospecting, including regular review meetings with management.
  • Write and present professional business proposals when required.
  • Develop and sell Finance and Insurance packages to customers in accordance with FCA best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven business-to-business sales experience with a clear understanding of the sales process.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of the Fleet sales market and procedures, along with up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships, converse with colleagues and customers professionally, clearly, and effectively.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, high levels of numeracy and literacy, and a determined and goal-oriented approach.
  • A valid driving license with no excessive penalties.
