Office Administrator - Senitor Associates
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative functions, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication abilities. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office tasks, executed with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the schedules and appointments of senior management.
- Coordinate training sessions for staff, both on-site and off-site, in collaboration with project managers to ensure budget alignment.
- Organize and facilitate the company's Annual General Meeting.
- Assist the Sales Lead in planning attendance at industry conferences, seminars, and networking opportunities.
- Work alongside project managers and the Sales Lead to keep marketing and promotional materials current for conference participation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to directors and project managers as needed.
- Manage staff retirement processes and long service awards, including gift coordination.
- Act as the Health and Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing first aid supplies, and conducting health and safety inductions for new employees. Completion of a NEBOSH qualification may be required.
- Coordinate fire safety measures, including maintenance checks and fire drill documentation.
- Ensure the security of ID badges through regular inventory checks.
