About the Role

NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
  • Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices, adhering to NMC guidelines and CHS policy.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines.
