About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietitian to join our Community and Mental Health team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing expert nutrition advice and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dietetic expertise to service users, carers, and healthcare professionals in community settings, including trust premises and community locations.
  • Support patients in their own homes and Nursing/Residential Homes, including our Home Enteral Feeding Service.
  • Work with local GP practices to provide general and diabetes clinics.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs for dietetic students from the University of Hertfordshire.
  • Support the delivery of the West Essex One Health and Care Partnerships Out of Hospital strategy and adopt the principles of population health management.
Requirements
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in mental health settings.
  • Car owner and driver.
  • BSc Hons or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Interest in developing mental health skills.
