Community and Mental Health Dietitian

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic dietitian to join our team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a dietitian in our West Essex team, you will be working with patients in various settings, including trust premises and community locations. Your role will involve providing dietetic expertise to service users, carers, and healthcare professionals, and supporting the development of nutritional and dietetic services in the area.
Main Responsibilities
As a dietitian in this role, you will be responsible for providing nutritional and dietetic advice, treatment, and support to service users taking into account their mental, psychological, emotional, and physical needs. You will work closely with the EPUT West Essex dietetic team, mental health dietitians across EPUT, and other professions specialising in mental health and AHP leads. The post may also include cover for our cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation groups.
