Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to individuals experiencing mental health issues. Your role will involve acting as a care coordinator, leading professionals, and undertaking mental health nursing needs assessments.

You will also be responsible for completing social circumstance reports, attending mental health review tribunals, and administering prescribed depot injections. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate personalized care plans, and conduct risk assessments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established multidisciplinary team and contribute to the recovery journey of individuals with mental health disorders. You will work closely with a range of clinical professionals, including nurses, psychologists, and support time recovery workers.

Requirements
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Access to own car for work purposes
  • Evidence of professional registration
  • Evidence of a minimum of 12 months Band 5 experience
  • Past experience of working within community mental health settings
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, plus 5% HCA. The job location is W-Harlow Locality Community Mental Health Service.
