CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST

We offer a comprehensive range of M&A services, assisting both corporations and individuals in areas such as acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, recovery, and post-transaction support, including numerous cross-border engagements.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Corporate Finance Analyst within a well-established firm that boasts a robust pipeline of transactions. You will gain significant exposure to international deals and have the potential to advance your career rapidly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating customized PowerPoint presentations, including Information Memorandums and Briefing Packs, with a high degree of independence.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of financial data provided by clients, identifying key trends and insights to incorporate into reports.
  • Engaging with finance team members at client organizations in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Developing financial models, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow projections.
  • Performing various financial analyses using Excel, tailoring insights to meet specific client needs.
  • Overseeing a due diligence data room and addressing inquiries related to due diligence processes.
  • Conducting research on companies and industry sectors.
  • Participating in client meetings and marketing events as necessary.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • A minimum of 18 months of post-qualification experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Services, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • ACA qualification is essential.
  • Demonstrated strong financial analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A keen interest in the media sector is advantageous.
