Job Description

Fame Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual in a similar role seeking a position in a busy office environment.

  • Assist the wider team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting clients, and responding to their inquiries.
  • Manage the team's diary, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed.
  • Transfer calls to relevant departments, providing a professional and courteous service.
  • Offer administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms and couriers as necessary.
  • Coordinate boardroom lunches and refreshments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
