- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Keeping all regulatory documentation updated and logged in real-time within our internal systems.
- Providing responsive solutions to operational challenges to uphold service delivery standards.

- Strong educational background.
- Experience in call handling and scheduling.
