Key Responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator role include:

  • Prioritizing and organizing backfill and reinstatement assignments
  • Adjusting schedules for jobs that deviate from the planned timeline
  • Assisting in managing contract obligations for various tasks
  • Handling incoming calls and coordinating a variety of work orders
  • Validating job details to ensure all necessary information is available
  • Nurturing customer and client relationships
  • Keeping all regulatory information updated and logged in real-time within our internal system
  • Providing a responsive and adaptable approach to operational challenges, ensuring service delivery aligns with contract specifications and the capabilities of our engineers and supervisors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A solid educational background
  • Previous experience in call handling and scheduling
  • Proficiency in operating computerized database systems
  • Familiarity with office operational systems
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability to change
