Rayner Personnel is in search of a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Mortgage Operations Coordinator to enhance our team.
This role is essential in facilitating the mortgage processes for our clients, ensuring a smooth experience for both our advisor partners and their customers throughout the mortgage and protection journey.
Enjoy the benefits of a flexible hybrid working model, primarily working from home, with the option to visit our office as needed, with a minimum requirement of once per month.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, a solid understanding of mortgage procedures, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
Key Benefits:- Uncapped commission/bonus structure

- Standard working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
- Comprehensive in-house training and support to ensure success in your role
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively managing Mortgage & Protection applications through to completion
- Ensuring all documentation is uploaded and communications are accurately recorded within the required timelines
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in mortgage administration
- Excellent planning and organizational capabilities
- Basic understanding of mortgage processes and regulations
