Are you ready to embark on a journey of discovery and wonder? Paradox Museum is seeking a talented Guest Experience Associate to join our team and help our guests unlock the secrets of our mind-bending exhibits.

As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be the face of Paradox Museum, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering questions, and providing information about our exhibits. You will also be involved in selling tickets, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of our museum.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to work well under pressure, think on your feet, and be able to communicate effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Answer questions and provide information about exhibits
  • Sell tickets and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the museum
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
