Join Our Team as an Implementation Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to play a critical role on our Client Success team, supporting the end-to-end client implementation process for our clients.

About the Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering software implementation projects that range in scope and complexity, leading client configurations, testing, and go-live. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultation to clients, supporting all stages of new client onboarding, from understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals to guiding them on best practices for using our solutions to solve their business challenges.
  • Delivering platform configurations and tracking progress towards timely completion of deliverables.
  • Completing configuration and testing for enterprise and strategic clients based on the requirements and design specifications for the client.
  • Collaborating with internal Paradox teams to ensure a successful solution delivery.
  • Working closely with Client Success Managers/Directors to share knowledge and ensure a smooth transition into go-live and ongoing adoption.
  • Contributing to large, complex implementation projects in collaboration with Implementation team members.
  • Providing knowledge sharing and mentoring to team members and documenting processes for continuous improvement.
  • Advocating for clients with our product teams, influencing roadmap decisions, and suggesting improvements in our client onboarding process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience leading enterprise implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of the HR technology industry, including HCM, HRIS, ATS, and CRM platforms.
  • A track record of successfully administering/implementing software systems for companies with 2,500+ employees.
  • High attention to detail and strong conscientiousness in project delivery.
  • Excellent professional communication skills across multiple channels and to different stakeholder groups, including technical and non-technical professionals and business executives.
  • Experience conducting discovery to understand client processes and pain points.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and propose solutions that meet the client's business needs.
  • Availability to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
  • Comfortable working with a global, cross-functional team and clients across different time zones.
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
