AI Sales Executive

Mistral AI is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge AI technology with Digital Native companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our sales strategy and executing it to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert leads into valued customers. This includes handling strategic outreach, warm introductions, and deal management.
- Value Prop Validation: Provide hands-on support and guidance to clients during the Proof of Concept (POC) phase, ensuring a smooth and successful evaluation process.
- Deal Management & Closing: Handle customer negotiation end-to-end, together with our legal and implementation specialist team.
- Training and Enablement: Empower internal teams with the knowledge and resources collected in customer conversations to drive product roadmap and align on priorities.
- Direct experience selling to the Digital Native / unicorn / scale-up / Mid-Market vertical.
- 5-7 years experience in Sales or related fields, including 4 years in closing deals.
- Significant work experience within AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure field.
- Excellent English (Native preferred), French ideal but not compulsory, additional language welcome (e.g. German, Spanish, etc.).
