Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for simplifying complex software systems?

We're seeking an experienced software integration expert to join our team at Paradox, a leading talent technology company. As an Integration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining seamless integrations between cloud-based applications and HR/recruiting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop integrations using APIs, SFTP, and Flat File technologies
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to define requirements and project scope
  • Engage in technical solution design and lead virtual and onsite meetings
  • Handle different HTML request types and endpoints, while maintaining the API calls library
  • Identify areas of improvement within workflow solutions through ongoing research and validation
  • Maintain current and ongoing knowledge of leading integration technologies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of enterprise software integration experience
  • Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of APIs, especially Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC, and XML-RPC
  • Experience building integrations in API development platforms such as Postman, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Celigo, and/or SoapUI
  • Experience working with SFTP, Flat Files, JSON, and XML data structures
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with a high level of comfort leading client conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Talent/HR technology experience, preferred
  • Ability to own and manage competing priorities at any given time
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
