Our institution provides a comprehensive approach to Education, Care, and Clinical support for young people aged 8 to 18 years, who join us on a full-time, residential basis. We cater to a wide spectrum of Autistic Spectrum Disorders and associated complex needs.

Nestled in expansive natural surroundings, our facilities offer the potential for outdoor classrooms, gardens, and various recreational areas, allowing our teams to create an inspiring landscape that nurtures the creativity and imagination of our students.

Our pupils benefit from personalized programs designed to enhance their Care and Education, delivering rich and innovative experiences that leverage each child's strengths, preparing them for their future endeavors. Strong community connections enrich these opportunities, providing access to a variety of engaging activities that promote inclusion and positive outcomes for all students.

As a vital member of our dedicated teams assigned to each child, you will play an essential role in facilitating learning and skill development. While formal qualifications are not mandatory, a shared passion for helping children reach their fullest potential is essential.

What We Seek:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our thriving specialist institution. Reporting to the Headteacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons, contributing to the success of the department and the institution as a whole.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Understanding of educational methodologies and qualifications
  • Experience in non-mainstream educational settings with diverse learners
  • Ability to empathize and foster learning development
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding protocols
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and capable of inspiring others
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proven track record of student success
  • Innovative and quick-thinking
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficient in general ICT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with E3/L1 qualifications
  • Relevant teaching qualification or vocational experience is essential
  • Must hold a recognized professional teaching qualification, such as a degree or PGCE.
