Our institution provides a holistic approach to education, care, and clinical support for young individuals aged 8 to 18 years, who reside with us on a full-time basis. We cater to those with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and associated complex needs.

Nestled in expansive, picturesque grounds, our facility allows for creative outdoor learning experiences, including forest classrooms, gardens, and various recreational trails. Our teams are encouraged to cultivate an inspiring landscape that nurtures the creativity and imagination of our students.

We pride ourselves on delivering tailored educational and care programs that enrich the lives of our pupils. Our approach emphasizes individual strengths, preparing them for future endeavors. As a vital member of our dedicated teams, you will play an essential role in facilitating the learning and development of our students. While specific qualifications are not mandatory, a shared passion for helping children reach their fullest potential is essential.

What We Seek:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our thriving educational team. Reporting directly to the Headteacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that align with our school's objectives. Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and educational qualifications
  • Experience in non-traditional educational settings with learners facing challenges
  • Ability to empathize and support student learning development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding practices
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Reliable, flexible, and capable of inspiring others
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proven track record of student success
  • Innovative and quick-thinking
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficient in ICT, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with E3/L1 qualifications
  • Relevant teaching qualifications or vocational experience are essential
  • A recognized professional teaching qualification such as a degree or PGCE is required.
