Youth Support Specialist

The Cambian Group is expanding and is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our new residential home.

We are seeking team members with diverse experiences and backgrounds to help transform this residence into a nurturing environment for Children & Young People.

A full UK driving license is a requirement for this position.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in establishing a new home, fostering a culture of excellence under our new leadership at The Cambian Group.

As an integral part of our committed teams, you will play a crucial role in assisting children & young people in acquiring essential life skills. While specific qualifications are not mandatory, a shared passion for supporting children in reaching their full potential is essential.

In return, our enhanced training programs will aid in your professional development and provide recognized qualifications (fully funded). You will also have the chance to learn from some of the most dedicated and inspiring professionals in our field, benefiting from ongoing mentoring and support.

At The Cambian Group, we understand the importance of work-life balance. Our full-time staff operate on a 40-hour weekly schedule, working on a rota that includes a mix of early and late shifts (with Sleep Ins).

The Cambian Group provides Education, Care, and Clinical support for children & young people aged 8 to 18 years, who come to us on a full-time, residential basis from various locations, with a range of Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs.

Set in a picturesque environment, our teams will have the opportunity to create an inspiring landscape that nurtures and develops the creativity and imagination of our children and young people.
