CareTech Group is expanding its services and is in search of dedicated individuals.

We are seeking team members with diverse experiences and backgrounds to help transform our new facility into a nurturing environment for Children & Young People.

A valid UK driving license is required for this position.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in establishing a new home, shaping the values and culture to the highest standards under our new leadership.

As an integral part of our committed teams, you will play a crucial role in assisting children & young people in acquiring essential life skills. While formal qualifications are not necessary, a shared commitment to helping children reach their full potential is essential.

In return, our enhanced training programs will support your professional development and provide recognized qualifications (fully funded). You will also benefit from the mentorship of some of the most dedicated and inspiring professionals in our field, ensuring continuous learning and growth.

At CareTech, we value work-life balance. Our full-time staff work 40 hours a week on a rotating schedule, which includes a mix of early and late shifts (with overnight duties).

CareTech Group provides Education, Care, and Clinical support for children & young people aged 8 to 18 years, who come to us on a full-time, residential basis from various locations, with a range of Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs.

Set in a picturesque environment with opportunities for outdoor learning and exploration, our teams will have the chance to create an enriching landscape that fosters creativity and imagination in our children and young people.
