We seek team members with diverse experiences and backgrounds to help transform this residence into a nurturing home for Children & Young People.

A full UK driving license is a requirement for this position.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a new home, fostering an environment and culture of excellence under our new leadership at The Cambian Group.

As an integral part of our committed teams, you will play a crucial role in assisting children & young people in acquiring essential life skills. While formal qualifications are not mandatory, a shared passion for helping children reach their full potential is essential.

In return, our enhanced training programs will support your professional development and recognized qualifications (fully funded). You will also benefit from the guidance of some of the most dedicated and inspiring professionals in our field, and like our residents, you will continuously learn through our ongoing mentoring and support.

At The Cambian Group, we value work-life balance. Our full-time staff work 40 hours weekly on a rotating schedule, which includes a mix of early and late shifts (with Sleep Ins).

Cambian Brook View School provides Education, Care, and Clinical support for children & young people aged 8 to 18 years, who come to us on a full-time, residential basis from various locations, with a range of Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs.

Set amidst over 20 acres of picturesque countryside, with opportunities for forest dens, classrooms, gardens, stables, tracks, and trails, our teams will have the chance to cultivate an inspiring environment for nurturing and developing the creativity and imagination of our children and young people.
