Youth Support Specialist

A valid UK driving license is essential for this position.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of establishing a new facility, fostering a culture of excellence under the guidance of our new leadership team.

As a crucial member of our committed staff, you will play an instrumental role in assisting children & young people in acquiring essential life skills. While specific qualifications are not mandatory, a shared commitment to empowering children to reach their full potential is vital.

In return, we offer enhanced training programs designed to develop your professional capabilities and recognized qualifications (fully funded). You will also benefit from mentorship by some of the most dedicated and inspiring professionals in our field, ensuring continuous learning and support.

At CareTech, we understand the importance of work-life balance. Our full-time employees work 40 hours per week on a rotational schedule, which includes a mix of early and late shifts (with Sleep Ins).

CareTech Group provides Education, Care, and Clinical support for children & young people aged 8 to 18 years, who come to us on a full-time, residential basis, addressing a variety of Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs.
