We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential home, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership to the staff team, promoting a culture of excellence and high standards.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the needs of each individual are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents.
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and compassionate team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Build strong relationships with families, carers, and other stakeholders, ensuring open and transparent communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (Children) or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Highly developed awareness of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory requirements.
