Deputy Home Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our care home, providing leadership and guidance to our care staff, and maintaining the highest standards of care and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the care home, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all aspects of care delivery meet the highest standards, including health and safety, quality of life, and resident well-being.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Group expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a care management role, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, building strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and services, with a focus on resident-centered care.
