About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users who live independently in one location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to provide a supportive and caring environment

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
  • Resilience and a compassionate nature are key qualities for this role
