Job Opportunity: Non-Executive Director - Finance/Bars

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director to join our client's board, a unique and vibrant founder-led business within the bar scene. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and scaling businesses, with a proven track record of advising on investment partners and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on financial matters and business growth
  • Advise on potential investment partners and buyers
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and direction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Non-Executive Director or CFO in the bar or late-night venue industry
  • Proven track record of exiting multiple businesses
  • Strong finance background with a network of contacts to support business growth
  • Experience working with founder-led businesses
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs
