We are looking for a knowledgeable professional to join our Business Information Team to enhance and support the iTrent HR and Payroll System, SAP Business Objects reporting tool, and other related applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring precise system maintenance and configuration, optimizing reporting capabilities, and implementing upgrades to enhance functionality and comply with statutory requirements.

You will also contribute to the corporate objective of Data and Digital Transformation by providing system support, advice, and guidance for both existing and new applications across the Service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and supporting the configuration of existing and additional iTrent HR and Payroll System modules
  • Developing SAP Business Objects (BO) reports
  • Creating workflows and batch processes
  • Assisting with integrations with other systems
  • Conducting upgrades, impact analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Supporting and maintaining other third-party applications and systems
  • Analyzing and documenting HR processes

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining HR Systems, including the development of process chains, workflows, and batch scheduling.
  • Proficient experience in writing and developing management information reports in SAP Business Objects, including data analysis, manipulation, and structuring to create insightful reports.
  • Expertise in providing support, advice, and guidance on HR systems, including user-defined forms to assist users with system maintenance, updates, configuration, reports, and other related functions.
  • Experience in writing user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and conducting system testing.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to various situations and audiences. Proactively advising on process improvements, building positive stakeholder relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing user needs effectively, and proposing alternatives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative and manage your schedule and work plan to meet objectives, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical, thorough, and diligent approach to effectively arrange unclear facts into logical patterns and concepts.
